Eligibility for Returns
You can return or exchange an item if: It is within 14 days of delivery. The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The original tags and packaging are still attached.. It is not a final sale or non-returnable item(see below).
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards. Final sale or clearance items.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us: Email contact@munabygzk.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and your reason. 2. Approval: Our team will confirm if your return is eligible and send you the return address. 3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack your item(s) and ship them to us using a tracked delivery service. 4. Confirmation: We’ll email you once your return is received and processed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within **5–10 business days** after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’re truly sorry if you receive a faulty or wrong item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. "Tip": Always keep your return receipt until your refund is processed.
